Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Brand & Vibe website and (where applicable) the Brand & Vibe app (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Membership & payments
- Membership is billed at the price shown at the time of purchase (e.g., £85/month) unless updated with notice.
- Where stated, membership runs on a 12-month commitment to support group continuity and scheduling.
- Meet-ups, shoot dates, and inclusions may be scheduled and updated with reasonable notice.
Bookings, attendance, and deliverables
- Shoot days and meet-ups are arranged in advance; details will be shared via the Services and/or email.
- If you cannot attend, policies for rescheduling/alternatives (if any) will be communicated for your cohort.
- Any photography deliverables, turnaround times, and usage guidelines will be confirmed per shoot.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security.
- Be respectful in community spaces. Harassment or harmful conduct may result in removal.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the Services, branding, and platform materials. Your content remains yours, and you grant us permission to process it to provide the Services. Additional image licensing/usage terms (if applicable) will be provided with your photography agreement.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we aim for a premium experience, we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes (e.g., business growth results).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand & Vibe will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Services in the relevant period, except where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice.
